For the past 15 years, we have been working with Directors and Senior Managers of over 100 companies, to help them get the best performance from their human resources. Sometimes this means training and working with their staff directly, but sometimes it means changing and adapting the company. Below are some examples of those successful projects.
Writing a detailed programme for new staff is a time consuming task. Over the past 6 years we have helped 17 companies write either a one, two, three, four or six month induction programme for their recruitment staff. (Funny how no-one ever wanted a five month induction?!)
These have been written for resourcers, sales consultants and 360 consultants.
Please read a few of the testimonials on the 'Clients & Recommendations' page that relate to induction programmes, as the impact a good onboarding programme can have on your staff is invaluable. Here's a favourite: -
Angela's work for us at TH Associates has been first class. Her skill in building the concept, to producing the final programme for a recent new recruit has been superb. Our new recruit has settled in very well. The programme prepared is being followed, which has in turn given us all real focus; and the results are already showing! Having written up a job specification, placed an advert, undertaken some searching and successfully matched 4 candidates against it. Our new recruit is a real superstar in the making - largely down to Angela and her adept skills in setting learning programmes!Clive Todd, THA Recruitment

Getting a commission structure right in a company can add a huge motivational factor into people's work... get it wrong and it has the opposite effect to what you wished. As a consultant and manager of a recruitment business, Angela has worked under 7 different schemes in 8 years and there was always something wrong with each of them. That's not to say there's a perfect commission structure out there that will suit all - far from it. We will work with you to understand your business and what you want to achieve, it's from there the commission structure can be created.
It's surprising how many companies we've worked with over the past 15 years that don't have a detailed business plan - or one at all! It's this plan that sets the tone for all of the staff and what they need to achieve. It's this plan that let's the team know whether they are contributing to the overall objectives of the business and if they're on the right track - a key element of job satisfaction. This consultancy can be part of a vision and objective setting meeting or stand-alone, either way it needs to be detailed and clear for everyone.
If you are looking to gain this award, but don't have a dedicated person within the company to take the responsibility for making sure that everything required to achieve the accreditation is in place, then we can act as that champion for you. Working through the current company processes and identifying any that are missing and then making sure that they are all documented and understood by the staff, is something that needs a dedicated 'completer finisher'.
Starting a new business or needing a re-focus on your plans? A key element to any business is to know where you are going and how you are going to get there. We can help to create your vision for your company - one that the team will also buy in to. From here then the objectives over the next 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 years can be created, dependent on your needs. This can be combined with an annual business plan or stand-alone.
